Technical parameters
Wet immersion enamel glaze is a liquid glaze commonly used in ceramic making. This glaze usually comes in liquid form and is suitable for application to ceramic surfaces by soaking or spreading. It differs from traditional dry powder glazes because it is easier to apply in liquid form and creates a smooth, even surface during the ceramic making process.
After this glaze is applied to the ceramic surface, it usually undergoes a firing process in order for it to solidify and form a hard surface. The temperature and time of firing will vary depending on the composition of the glaze and the type of ceramic being made. Wet immersion enamel glaze is characterized by its ease of use and its ability to produce a uniform, smooth glaze with good adhesion, adding beauty and protection to ceramic works.
